About the Authors
Margaret K. Kulpa is the chief operating
offi cer for AgileDigm, Incorporated. She is
an internationally known author, presenter,
and consultant in the areas of management,
software engineering, and process improvement.
With over 30 years of diverse system
and software experience, Kulpa has primarily
concentrated her efforts in the process
improvement arena. She provides oversight
and additional assistance where needed for
clients, both domestic and international.
Services provided include training in CMMI
concepts and implementation, measurement
strategies, acquisition, mentoring, consulting,
and appraisal (SCAMPI) assistance. Services are provided to both low-maturity
organizations beginning process improvement and to organizations struggling
with high-maturity goals and objectives, from Maturity Level 1 through Maturity
Level 5. Kulpa works with organizations to establish and maintain organizational
infrastructures capable of initiating and generating software and systems engineering
process improvement initiatives.
