Specification, the testers spend less time figuring out what to do and more
time actually testing. It has greatly simplified their jobs and greatly improved

Planning??”Prior to this effort, the organization could not predict the number
of projects that needed to be scheduled ahead of time. Now, with the use
of the process for devising a Statement of Work, and the focus on the Project
Planning process area, the organization is aware of the number of projects
requested, what their initial requirements are, the approximate number of
staff needed, the approximate size and complexity of the project, and how to
prioritize the projects.
