78 n Interpreting the CMMI
CMMI version 1.2 has included more information about the different types
and levels of baselines and the different types of configuration audits that should
be applied.
Configuration Management is not just setting up libraries for files and then
migrating files back and forth. It is also not about buying tools that will migrate files
and tell you when they were moved or that a change has been made.
