There were significant changes made to this PA. The most noticeable is the
addition of IPPD concepts. IPPD stands for Integrated Product and Process Development.
IPPD builds systems by including teams and input from as many relevant
stakeholders as possible in order to get as much relevant information as possible to
develop a product that works for everyone who will use it. This is a very formal,
systematic approach toward development by teams of subject matter experts in various
subjects, and includes group vision statements, charters, etc.
