Each capability level builds on the previous level. So, to be Capability Level 5,
the organization must satisfy the specific practices for the selected process area
(Capability Level 1), plus the generic practices for Capability Levels 2, 3, 4, and 5.

SG for specific goal and SP for corresponding specific practices.

Organizational Innovation and Deployment
The purpose of Organizational Innovation and Deployment (OID) is to select and
deploy incremental and innovative improvements that measurably improve the
organization??™s processes and technologies. The improvements support the organization??™s
quality and process??“performance objectives as derived from the organization??™s
business objectives.
