Table 15.3 is a template used by some organizations to capture these details.
Procedures are created the same way as processes. Once you have generated a
process, the process becomes the major tasks or steps. Break down each process step
into its constituent parts. Those activities become the steps in the procedure. Then
consider roles, agents, products, and outcomes. Two things we might add to the procedure
template are measurements to be taken (and then refer to the procedure that
details how to take the measurements) and verification that the procedure has been
followed (and refer to the verification procedure). When it comes to measurements
