Also make sure that these projects are not piloting everything in your organization,
and that they are not going to be overburdened by collecting and piloting

One more reminder: metrics should not be collected and used to judge anyone??™s
work on a personal basis. In other words, metrics should not be used to justify
a person??™s salary or justify some other sort of personal abuse. Metrics are used
to determine how your project-level or organizational processes are working??”not
whether your people are ???good??? or ???bad.???
