you can waste unnecessary time and effort documenting strengths. Not every
implemented practice is a strength. This statement is highlighted because in previous
types of assessments, some teams considered any implementation of a practice to
be a strength. We emphasize that the definition of a strength has been ??¦ well??¦
strengthened.
Once you have applied the rules of Table 21.6 to all the objective evidence for
a particular practice for your focus projects and/or support groups in appraisal
scope, then you can roll up the lower, instantiation-level data to the organizational
unit-level following the rules shown in Table 21.7. The entire team is responsible for
consensus at the organizational unit??“level.
