Deliver Appraisal Results Process
Delivering the Appraisal results includes delivering the Final Findings, conducting
optional executive sessions, and planning the next steps. The Final Findings are
delivered to the organization as presentations. We usually do two presentations:
one to the sponsor and executive in charge of the organization, and then one to
the rest of the organization. The organization determines how many people should
attend.
Some organizations like to have a separate Executive Session following the
Final Findings presentation to allow the executives and other invited guests to ask
