Of course, confidentially and non-attribution of
data sources must be maintained. This session is also an opportunity for the Lead
Appraiser to explain the roles of the Appraisal Team Members in any further process
improvement efforts the organization may decide to undertake. This session
also may be the place to provide general information to the executives concerning
the next steps in the organization??™s process improvement efforts and how the results
of the appraisal can help focus those efforts.
Next steps may include planning for the development of a final report, submission
of Appraisal Team recommendations, and generation of action plans. A final
written report may also be delivered to the organization, but we generally find that
the organization prefers just the PowerPoint presentation. This presentation summarizes
each process area and is enough for the organization to base continuing
process improvement efforts upon.
Sometimes, an organization also requests that recommendations based on the
findings be provided.
