As you can see, this a lot of information to fill out. And this
is just one PIID for one Specific Practice for one Process Area.
An example of an organizational-level process area PIID is shown in Table
22.3.Table 22.4 is a PIID for Generic Practice 3.1. Although each process area is
listed separately, remember that each project must complete this form. So each
project must complete this form for each process area listed below for both organizational-
level artifacts and project-level artifacts. Each PA in this example is listed
by process category from the continuous representation.
Table 22.4 has many references to the General Evidence row. The General Evidence
asks for process descriptions for each PA and changes to the process description
or its implementation. Some organizations will break up this PIID and attach
it to its respective PA. For example, an organization will fill out the PIIDs for
Requirements Management (REQM), including all the specific practices, organizational
information, and project information for each project (as in Table 22.
