"Interpreting the CMMI: A Process Improvement Approach, Second Edition"

Table 22.6 is an example Data Consolidation Worksheet for the Requirements
Management process area in a Maturity Level 2 appraisal. You will see that the
example contains all five specific practices, SP 1.1 through SP 1.5, and all ten generic
practices, GP 2.1 through GP 2.10. For each practice, you will see that there is space
for an organizational-level entry and three other entries usually used for the focus
projects. The column headings have the following meaning:
Observations Strengths (Optional)/Weakness??”Enter a textual observation
about the data. You only need to enter text if it is a weakness.
ATM Notes??”Just a space to capture notes from the Appraisal Team
Members.
Direct??”Use this to indicate a reference to a direct artifact (S for strength or
W for weakness).
Indirect??”Use this to indicate a reference to an indirect artifact (S for strength
or W for weakness).
