Summary
PIIDS can be painful to complete because they are arranged differently from what
resides in the organization??™s and projects??™ repositories, and because the arrangement
of the information in the PIID may not be logical to the person completing the
PIID. And yes, PIIDs are confusing and time consuming. Ask your Lead Appraiser
for help in interpreting them as needed. Remember, your Lead Appraiser usually
furnishes the PIIDs.
