The business architecture principles, discussed previously, are a step in the right direction.
Nevertheless, service-oriented business architecture perspectives can communicate a business
strategy and assist with alignment between the problem and the solution domains. So what is

their company??™s business execution, return on investment, and growth. The Balanced Scorecard
method centered on fiscal views and addressed the human factor and its influence on corporate
profitability and productivity. To provide various views of business performance, Kaplan and Norton
introduced the notion of business perspectives, each of which depicted a different strategic
organizational landscape. For example, the financial perspective measured the business performance
in terms of return on investment and market value; the customer perspective depicted
customer satisfaction and service values; and the learning and growth perspective gauged the
company??™s learning curve and its ability to implement new concepts.
