"Service-Oriented Modeling (SOA): Service Analysis, Design, and Architecture"

The previously discovered architectural concepts that identify the

dependencies between the technological abstractions now serve as units of analysis. They
identify the technological environment stack, asset functionality, and the major driving
concepts that the logical architecture can be founded on.
2. Logical design artifacts. The service-oriented logical design deliverables take part in
this initiative, as well. These packaged logical service solutions that were devised in the
design phase are one of the major driving forces behind logical architecture planning.
There are three design artifacts that come in handy now: service relationship diagram,
design composition diagram, and transaction diagrams. They constitute service associations,
packaged service structures, and service behavior and functionality aspects of the
design phase.
3. Business requirements. The logical architecture strategy also must meet the terms of the
organization??™s business requirements and the business domain boundaries of the enterprise.
In other words, the logical architecture solutions must accommodate business domains
seeking remedies to arising concerns.
LOGICAL ARCHITECTURE PERSPECTIVES
To craft an efficient service-oriented logical architecture, the technological environment must
be viewed from various perspectives, each of which reveals architectural opportunities that will
have an enduring effect on the technological environment and on business execution.
